Complete payroll agenda: we provide wage calculation and related administration (always on-time and 100% discreetly).
The services of our payroll accountants will give you the assurance that the payroll will always be calculated on time, in accordance with the law and in complete discretion:
- We calculate wages in one of our systems (we work in Pohoda, Pamica, Helios Orange and Abra Flexibee programs), or in the system you use,
- We will ensure all necessary overviews and reports are sent to the correct authorities,
- We will prepare all payment orders for your bank,
- We will prepare a basis for posting wages,
- Payslips will be provided by us either electronically or printed (including discrete ones),
- Full anonymity: if you require it, we will arrange payments from a special account (payments are entered into the accounts in aggregate).
Price
The price ranges from CZK 200 to 400 (without VAT) per employee (the more employees, the lower the price) and includes:
- applications and deregistrations,
- issuing a certificate,
- annual accounting,
- accounting for taxes on dependant activity,
- information on changes, possibilities of optimisation of wage costs and other support for the wage agenda.
The minimum amount charged for payroll is CZK 2.500 (without VAT) for the month of processing.
